Owner - President

Robin obtained her bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in accounting.  Along with her practical 30 plus years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, she also worked as a licensed Realtor for 13 years, office manager, and area director with BNI (Business Network International) for 5 years.  Her combined experiences laid a strong foundation for advocating for her clients, collaborating with others to obtain the best possible outcomes, educating her clients and their families throughout the process and offering a sensitivity to finances and budgeting while implementing systems that offer accountability, transparency and oversight.  Robin became a Nationally Certified Professional Guardian in 2011 and has worked in the industry since 2010.  Other related roles are Case Manager, Social Security Representative Payee, VA Fiduciary, Trustee, Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate, and Personal Representative.  

Robin has been actively involved in local organizations that educate and provide support for professional and family guardians as well as community providers that offer services to at risk adults in our community.  She has served on the executive committee of the board of directors of the Florida State Guardianship Association as Immediate Past President, President, President-Elect, Treasurer, Secretary and chaired the Education, Membership and Conference Committees.  She is a Past President of the Space Coast Chapter of the Florida State Guardianship Association.  She has been involved with Golden Providers since it's inception in 2011 and has served as President, Vice President, and Treasurer.  She facilitates and participates in training programs that educate professional and non-professional guardians on topics related to person-centered plans, ethical standards, legal obligations, financial management, fiduciary duty, reports to the court and best practices.

We believe that working together really does make the dream work.  We recognize that each of our clients comes to us at various stages in their adult lives.  Meeting them where they are is critical in helping them to achieve the best quality of life for the remaining time that they have.

We are careful not to impose our beliefs on those we serve, but instead we seek to identify their priorities, their beliefs, their preferences, their standard of living and their past to maintain a safe and appropriate life plan that restores their dignity and offers purpose and compassion.

So many of our clients come to us at times of conflict, crisis and confusion.  We pride ourselves in having additional eyes on the situation.  This allows for different perspectives and views that offer further insight into problem solving with the ultimate goal of restoring normalcy, security and offering a sense of self determination. 

Remaining informed, working together, brainstorming, sharing experiences, delegating tasks and planning often happen when we break bread together.  We make an effort to have a family style lunch at the office nearly every day.  During that very special time we often discuss challenges that our clients are faced with while we collaborate and share ideas.

We take a functional "family" approach to problem solving - celebrating our client's successes and strategizing for the complexities.

We are a family run business bringing like-minded values to the workplace and to our clients.  I started this company in an effort to provide sensible solutions to the problems that seniors face on a day to day basis.  I am fortunate to have an amazingly supportive family with a long history of living life to it's fullest.  I received the greatest influence from my grandmothers - one that lived nearly 102 years and the other that lived to 98 years young.  They were both phenomenal, strong women that raised beautiful families and were living examples of how to grow old gracefully.  One of the greatest lessons that they both instilled in me is to respect my elders.  With a foundation of strong family values, high moral standards and the passion to serve when called upon, I found myself in a unique position to help those that need it the most with respect, dignity and compassion.

We are natural problem solvers and use commons sense tactics, and calm, reflective decision making when faced with challenges.

We aim to provide cost effective solutions to the difficult situations that our seniors and at-risk adults find themselves in.  In a world where abuse, neglect and exploitation run rampant, you can count on our team to advocate for you and your best interest. 

Each of our clients has earned a very special place in our hearts and our goal is to treat each and everyone we meet with the same caring and patient approach that we would expect for ourselves and our loved ones.  We are also sensitive enough to recognize that everyone has different expectations and we take special care to treat everyone the way that they expect to be treated.

Diana brings extensive clinical experience as a registered nurse and 30 years of business experience to Solutions By RPM, Inc. as Office Manager.  Her many years in management roles keep the team on track and on time.  

Becca puts her management and banking background to work keeping tabs on all of our client's financial transactions and budgeting for anticipated expenses.  She has a great eye for details and strong organizational skills which is vital when we are managing our client's assets and their property.

Sandy has a background in business and bookkeeping and also some clinical education which offers our team and clients a well rounded skill set to assist them in their best quality of life.  Sandy loves to bring joy and special treats to our clients making their day as special as it can be, often when they aren't feeling their best or are struggling with their current circumstances.

Marc Phemister, Vice President is a Veteran of the United States Air Force.  After being stationed at Patrick Air Force Base he decided to make Brevard County his permanent home.  Marc worked with Robin to form the company in 2010.  Although Marc isn't actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, he does bring a healthy perspective to the care and concern that our staff offers to the Veterans that we serve.  

Robin also comes from a long lineage of Veterans, most of whom have served during times of conflict.  Her son still serves our country.  We are a family of proud Americans and we are honored to work with
