Whether you are recovering from a major surgery, stroke, or other disabling ailment, our compassionate staff can assist by helping you to manage your affairs and get the services in place that you need to ensure a healthy and complete recovery. If long-term services are required we can work with your medical team and family/support system to determine the best residential setting to provide the standard of living that will work best and engage the supplemental services that will provide the best rehab potential.
Arthritis, physical disabilities, low vision, poor hearing, mental health and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our team can assist by making introductions and recommendations for supplemental services such as private-duty caregivers, home care, clinical case management, financial management, property maintenance, property management, hospice, volunteer and community services, and benefit acquisition.

Our staff has collectively worked in Brevard County for more than 30 years in various industries alongside countless community partners. Every effort is made to ensure that there are no conflicts, however, we work with numerous attorneys, guardians, service providers, members of the judiciary, examining committee members, medical providers and facilities in Brevard County.
